Ground-Up Construction
Earthwork and rough grading to establish pad and building limits for a new express car wash.
Pad prep for a high-volume wash required tight tolerances on subgrade and drainage before foundations and equipment pits. We executed bulk earthwork and balanced cuts and fills to match the site plan and keep the owner’s vertical schedule moving.
