Underground Utilities
Infrastructure Below Grade
Water, sewer, storm, and site wet utilities installed with testing, bedding, and inspection coordination built into every run.
What are Underground Utilities?
Underground utilities include the buried systems that serve buildings and sites — water service, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, fire lines, and related structures. Installation demands proper bedding, joint testing, trench safety, and coordination with municipalities and special districts across the Denver Metro.
Utility Installation Scope

Our Process
After locates and plan review, we trench to line and grade, bed pipe per spec, assemble structures, test, and backfill in lifts with compaction. Restoration and punch items are coordinated before paving or landscape trades return.
Wet Utilities Installed to District Standards
Water, sewer, and storm work lives or dies on bedding, testing, and backfill lifts. We install wet utilities with district inspection forms, frost-depth detail, and trench safety handled before the first pipe goes in.
Service areas: Littleton, Denver, Englewood, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Parker, Aurora, Lakewood, Arapahoe County, Douglas County, and Denver Metro.
